1) The description of the function XChartDocument.getPageBackground()

should specify a service containing all supported properties.

2) The descr. of chart2.XTitle
http://api.openoffice.org/docs/common/ref/com/sun/star/chart2/XTitle.html
should point to the chart2.Title service.
