Reproducible on two separate Linux machines, running OOO320m12 and OOO310m19.

Steps:
1) Insert > Object > Chart
2) Right-click > Chart Data Table
3) Double-click on a header to automatically resize it
4) Observer that headers are misaligned until the table is repainted. (For
instance, by resizing by dragging column border)

Checked in r1391367.
Now, double click the header will collapse the row width to a fixed size.
Double click it again, it will be expanded to the default size.
It seems a defined behavior, but confused.
Confirm this issue for further decision.
