The default for subintervals within logarithmic charts should be an interval
count of 9 to match the widely used standard.
Two things have to be changed:
The automatism within chart has to change the interval count from 5 to 9 (5 is
problematic currently see issue 87592 and 84589).
The import has to set an interval count of 9 instead of 10.

Fixed in CWS chart47.
