wrong component, changed to chart and re-assigned to owner of component Hi Iha, maybe a good "Ease of use" idea. Hi caller, Yes it is possible to create such diagrams with mixed styles for series. The hurdle within the current chart (OpenOffoce 2.0 and older) is that you need to start with a 'Symbol Chart' or a 'Lines and Symbols Chart'. Than you can choose for each series to turn symbols on or off at the Line-Tabpage in the Properties Dialog of the Data Series. There you can also set the linestyle to be invisible for example. In contrast if you start with a Lines only Diagram than there is no option to turn on Symbols. The chart team is reimplenting the chart currently. In this ongoing new implementation there is no such hurdle anymore. If you like you can download a current developer snapshot from the chart website at http://graphics.openoffice.org/chart/chart.html and look if it fits your needs. Thanks for your submission. made summary more descriptive Fixed in CWs chart2mst3 re-open issue and reassign to kla@openoffice.org reassign to kla@openoffice.org reset resolution to FIXED Changed target to 2.x changed target to 2.3 verified This Issue is 'Verified' and not updated in 1yr+, so Closing.
