It is not possible to enter a time based interval neither in the major nor the
minor interval box in the properties of a chart axis.
Example: You need the interval 5 minutes you can type 00:05 wich works if you
immediatly click on ok.
the interval get set to 5 minute but if you enter a interval like 00:05 and you
set the cursor into any other field of the property sheet the interval field
gets the value 0.0.

Wrong component, changed to Chart.

IMHO this is just the serialized display of the time.
