Hello,

I'm testing ooo_chart2_milestone11_windows.
With the old chart, when clicking on the chart button, you could draw the
position of the chart. With the new chart, you have no choice.

This works like specified, see here:
http://specs.openoffice.org/chart/wizards/ChartWizard.odt
This new handling is intended to ease the creation process.
The user now is not forced to indicate the position and size explicitly.
It is an optional step now that can be performed after the creation process.
