I tested OOo Base with SRB 1.1.0-Beta3(from qa upload), and cheked Stock charts.
SRB creates empty charts, I cheked in Calc and found that Chart wizard creates
empty Charts on all types of stock charts. 

I upload .ods file with data downloaded from yahoo and organized that described
in OOo Calc help. (Maybe separate issue, Wizard only get right data in case of
one wizard, in all others need to tune data sources.)

I upload database with stock charts.

I fixed this already in dba32b. 
The problem is that the columns are text columns which are currently not
transformed into double values. Base now converts the values, spreadsheet won't
do this. As work around you may create query and convert the columns into double.
