Load attached document, check scaling settings of Y axis: Min/max manually 0 to 4.
Run macro attached to button, it sets min/max to range 1..5, which is shown
correctly in the chart. Open axis settings dialog again -> the min/max values
are wrong.
Reproducible in OOo 3.0 and DEV300m45.
