I created a scatter plot with small numbers (10^-18) on the y axis. An extra
chart area appears below the scatter plot in the chart object which I am unable
to remove. I tested this with larger numbers and the issue starts to occur when
the numbers are of the order 10^-10 or smaller. When I saved the file as .xls
and opened in Excel (MS Office XP) the chart was displayed correctly.

When the small numbers are on the x axis instead, a similar effect occurs with
the extra chart area to the left of the scatter plot.

I reproduce this behaviour on multilingual FR/US OOo 3.1.0 on Ubuntu 8.04.
It seems there is a problem with minimal value on Y axis if set to automatic and
is very small or very close to the maximal value. In the case of the bugdoc if
you set it to 0 the chart is displayed correctly.
