The attached document contains a surface chart produced by MS. The xlink:href
attribute was manipulated to avoid issue 103076 . OOo does not support surface
charts so far but after loading not only the chart type but also the connection
to the data is lost.
The loss of the data connection should be avoided by using a column chart as
fall back for the missing surface chart.

Fixed in CWS chart41.

@Thomas, please verify in CWS chart41. Load the attached example document. It
should display a 3D column chart.
