When installing the extensible help test extension (attached) the index is
displayed but the content is not, the pages in the help browser are empty.

Autotest: extensions/optional/e_help.bas, warnlog has been provided in CWS

ab->mav: This seems to be another pkg/zip and/or sal issue. If you
install the extension as user you should find the file:

UserInst\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\xyz123.tmp_\
    extensible_help_en.oxt\help\en\help.jar

Up to m59 this file has been ok, starting with m60 (still in m61)
it's empty. The file is created in \desktop\source\deployment\
registry\help\dp_help.cxx during package installation. There
still a pkg URL is used, but simply exchanging it by a zip URL
lead to an exception. Please have a look.

The exception that is thrown in case of zip-URL looks to be the same one as in
case of pkg-URL, it is an internal UCB exception and does not reach the caller.
So it is not the real problem.

There was a problem in the package component in case an existing file was
overwritten using package UCP.

Fixed in fwk125.

SBA->QS: Note the variation of the closed duplicate issues (105640, 106158):
After installation, add a new AutoCorrect entry to an existing list, OK, Reopen
dialog and see that AutoCorr list is not empty.

SBA->JSK: I ran the e-help.bas successfully on Windows and Linux (with the
warnlog and the "goto endsub" cut out). Please commit the modified e_help.bas to
this CWS and set this issue to verified thereafter, thank you.

Warnlog has been removed, test is re-enabled.

Good in m6, the autotest was updated via SVN and completes ok now.
