iha->dr: This is a problem with the legend import. In the original xls file  the
legend entries in the legend are listed one below the other. After import they
are next to each other. Thus the legend becomes much too big in size and the
diagram is too small in result. I'll attach a newly created anonymous example
file showing the problem.
As workaround one can once hide and then again show the legend within OOo.

This issue was solved while fixing issue 28670 in CWS chart52.

Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20120829.1800, it can not repro, it is fixed. so close it.
