With issue 82971 hierarchical axes labels are implemented in CWS
chartmultiline. The UI in the charts own data table was changed:

@Uwe, please update the documentation. Thanks!
The new button with ID 63309 needs an extended help text, something like:
'Insert a new text column for hierarchical axes descriptions'.
For the second button with ID 63304 the text should be changed by replacing
'column' with 'data series' (a data series might consist of more than one column).
For button with ID 63306 the text should be changed also. Maybe something
similar to:
'Deletes the current series or text column. It is not possible to delete the
first text column'.
