Vertically stacked does not work correctly in chart.
All the character become vertical direction when marked the "vertically stacked"
in Format of Axis.
However the characters alignment to completely left side.
There should not become completely left side and
It should work same as other places(Calc,Title..etc).

You can reach this furniture with TCM test case 110074.
