Chart Wizard
Step 3
Click "Display legend"
Click "Finish"
Format - Legend... command no work.
Tollbars (Formatting) Legend of/off. Button work

Sorry i can't reproduce. On Step 4 (not 3) i check (default on) and uncheck
Display Legend the Format-Legend works correct. 
Pls check the additional Format commands like Axis and grid. They are work
correct? After that pls attach the doc for further investigation. Thx

Hi Igor,
thanks for submit the three pictures, maybe i can help you.
Picture 1 show the the Wizard include the marked checkbox for the legend (Show
Legend)
Picture 2 show the same Wizard dialog with unmarked checkbox legend
Right?
On Picture three as you absolutely correct described, show the Chart without
legend. And now the specialty; the Format Dialog with the greyed out Legend
menue is only available if you choose the legened into the insert menu. Ok, you
are right, its a little bit triky but first you must insert a legend and now you
can format them. To insert The Legend you can also use the symbol, but not
format them.
Hopeful now its a little bit clear for me and you, otherwise came back again.
