All charts loaded from XLSX files arrive totally empty.

Root cause: sax::FastSaxParser implementation is not reentrant, but this is
assumed by the OOX filters.

Is this issue also why OOo 3.2 can't save charts out to xlsx format?

@ccheney: This issue is about the import of charts from XLSX. Plain
OpenOffice.org is not able to write the XLSX file format, you seem to use some
other distribution.
