No data in chart, with DEV300_m83 and ORB 1.2.1 DEV300_m82.

Open any existing odb file with chart in report, created in earlier version.
Run report, no data inserted into Chart.

Set for edit the finished report, you can find the Chart area, but without data
in it. 

It worked in OOo 3.2.1, regression.

Assign developer, set target 3.3.

Fixed in cws dba33g. The problem was the new namespace chartooo which currently
is written by 3.3
