Create a chart from some spreadsheet data. Open the data range dialog within the
chart and select a new y value range for one of the series on the data series
tab page. Leave the chart and change one of the values in a cell within the
newly selected y range.
The chart should get an update and the values displayed in the chart should
change accordingly.
Instead the data change is not communicated to the chart.

This has worked in OOo 3.0.

Further analysis shows that this is broken since CWS koheiformula02.
@kohei, please have a look why the changed data is not communicated to the chart
correctly. Thanks.
