When using the Data Series Properties dialog box to change the color, linetype,
or marker type of a data series in an XY scatter or line chart, the preview
shown in the dialog does not update the color of the marker.  After exiting the
dialog the color of both the line and marker are updated

To reproduce:
Open the attached file
double-click on the chart
double-click on the line to open the data series dialog
change the color of the line
Note that the color of the marker in the preview window does not change

Yes. the Icontype symbol will not updated by changing the color. But i'm not
really sure if the is what are expected. The Marker have their own color, that
can be changed seperately.
So i think the current behavior is correct. You agree?

Sadly the markers do not have their own color so far (see issue 64728). So this
issue describes a real bug indeed. I reopen it.
