Inbetween state of CWS chart46:
Load the attached example document and activate the chart.
The x axis is set to type 'date' but no data is given in the categories range.
The axis should behave like a category axis in this case. This would have the
advantage that at least some data points are visible. Choosing an arbitrary
automatic date range for the date axis and displaying no data points at all does
not make sense.
