bugdoc with charts

Open attached ods file with DEV300m100 on win, where I only tested. 

All charts colors are set as default Chart1 and Chart2.

3D look Column Charts settings (other types not tested until now) cause color changes in view, but in reality settings not changes as you could check it on chats legends.

If you save file as  xls, open in excel, the colors looks as needed.

If you reopen xls an resaves as ods the color settings not changes until you click into charts for edit.

Same happens in older versions of OOo.

The problem are the illumination settings (see 3D View dialog). The lights are broken. This is fixed already with issue 116681 in CWS chart51.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
