In my version of OpenOffice 3.1.1 Calc there is two features not included which i think are important.

I recently created a chart (specifically a XY scater), once it is already created there isn't the possibility to add a Title or labels for the axis, it must be done when you are creating the chart.

Once the Title and the labels are in place there isn't the possiblity to use subscript on them, neither when they are created.

Change chart to edit mode e.g. by double click. Use menu Insert > Title to get titles.

Using formatting like subscript is already tracked in issue 6521.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
