Build info: AOO3.4_r1327774

Reproduce steps:
1. Open the sample file attached (which has 3D line chart without data label in it)
2. Save as .xls file.
3. Open the .xls file in Excel.

Issue found:
The data series can not be shown, and the data label shown instead.

Can be reproduced on AOO3.4 1.
