Build:
Aoo3.4

Steps:
1.Open the attached sample file in Aoo3.4
2.Check the chart series

There are 2 series line can't display

I guess you do not mean axis but the line between the data points.

I confirm this issue. I've got Microsoft Office which includes "Microsoft Graph". So the program associated OLE exists. When I double click the chart, Microsoft Graph opens and there the lines are shown correctly. But back to AOO the lines are not shown. Effected are the three last line styles in the drop down list in Microsoft Graph. They seem to use a filling instead of a true line.

The problem is also visible, if I insert a Microsoft Graph OLE directly without any Powerpoint.
