Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 122431
chart wizard uses data labels wrong in XY-Scatter and Bubble charts
Last modified: 2013-06-01 12:57:53 UTC
Created attachment 80756 [details] dummy data to create a chart Open attached document. Mark A1:C8 and call chart wizard. In first step select XY-chart. In second step check "First column as label". If "First column as label" is checked, there should be only one data series, but you get two. Notice, you can see here already, that it is broken, because check or uncheck makes no difference. The same error is in Bubble chart. Mark A1:D8 and call chart wizard. In first step select Bubble-chart. In second step check "First column as label". Here too, labels are not used correctly and you get two series, where it should only be one. This was correct on OOo3.2.1 and is broken at least since OOo3.4.1. I have no longer installed any version between, to narrow it down.
