steps to reproduce:
* open sample "Test.odt"
* mark first chart
* copy and paste chart
result: 
- the labels of the original are "", "f1" and "f2" 
  the labels of the copy are "", "" and "f1"
expected result: 
- labels stay the same as in original

* same behavior when you save and reload the file
* same behavior in Writer and Impress

bug already in AOO 3.4.1
tested with AOO 4.1 Beta
