When I make a chart with numbers ranged from 1 to 30, every five numbers are
divided by 4 grid line. Please look at the following screenshot.

It is not useful for most of people. I think it is quite reasonable that every
five numbers are divided by 5 grid line.

You can scale it by yourself (Use Format-Axis-y-Axis Tabpage Scale)
