Description hernan 2003-10-12 19:57:11 UTC
When I try to import this simple table and his respective XY graph
(diagram) from an "excel" file, The diagram in OpenOffice is wrong
because it use "Cubic Spline" instead of "lines with simbols".
so the diagram shows oscilations that wasn´t in the original

X	Y
1	360
4	95
11	45
21	26
35	17
53	13
75	11
100	10

This tabe is only an example of this problem.

The solution could be to set "lines with simbols" the default instead
of "Cubic Spline"

Good Luck

Please Attach the documents which make this problem, so we can test
it/faster to confirm.
(Without the documents, we cannot confirm the problem easily/need more
time)
Don't forget to cut other part of the documents, so the file size is
small, but we still able to see the problem.

Hi,

wrong component, I changed it to Chart and re-assigned it.

Also we need a document that shows this behaviour.

Please attach one as Utomo mentioned before.

Hi,

this is a double to Issue 21112.

The problem is the mixed chart data area. This is a feature we are not
capable at the moment, but this is addresed for OOo 2.0.
