When putting a chart into a OOo Draw file, changes made to the axis numerical
representation settings do not change.  Ex. Changing the x-axis to use 1.00,
2.00,  3.00,... rather than 1.0, 2.0, 3.0,... does not save.  If the file is
saved and then reloaded, the original numbering is restored.

I've only tested this on XP, it may exist on other OS's as well.

Sorry, but i can´t reproduce. "Put a chart into a Draw file" means as Object or
as OLE-Object? Which possibility you use for changing the Axis format? Pls give
me a detailed step by step description.
