When changing the size of a chart, the font sizes in a chart change, 
too. I find this behaviour extremely annoying.
This is the standard in Excel, too. There it can at least be turned off ... 
(auto scale)

Sorry, its not an enhacement its an support request. 
TIP: have a look into the Main Toolbar.
