The example document has series with more complicate ranges. They have different
length and are not arranged in the easy way one next to the other. Several
series do have no content at all.
We need to interpreted the flexible ranges correctly.

( There is another problem with this document: Some legend entries are hidden.
This problem is addressed in task Issue 29192.

IHA->BM: please take this.
