The version used is 1.9.m47, this can not be filled in at the "found in 
version" field.

Perform the following steps:
1. create a chart
2. press the "to background" button in the toolbar
==> chart is set as background
==> no button available to bring it to foreground again
    (could also not find it in menu)

Hi,

not a bug but an support request. Such questions are answered on the mailing
lists, especially user@...

You may use the Navigator (F5) to select the chart or the Selector from the
'Show Draw...' Icon on the Toolbar. If selected use the context menu and select
To Foreground from the Arrange sub menu.
