Behavior as compared to Excel 2000:
The data labels on the chart's bars are horizontal. I know this seems picky,
but as you can see in the attached chart with horizontal numbers they run together
and are not legible.

Tested on Redhat 9 fully patched

TK->BH: Rotation for Data labels. Sounds good for the new chart.
