When drawing a "Normal","Offset 1","Offset 2" type piechart the rest of the 
values in the column is not displayed when the first row in that column has an 
empty value. The only piechart that works is of type "Rings".

* Open a new Spreadsheet
* Enter some number values into column A
* Enter some number values into column B
* Select all these values
* Insert Chart... via "Insert|Chart..."
* Click "Next>>" button
* Select "Piechart" icon
* Select "Data Series|Rows" option button
* Click "Next>>" button
* Click "Next>>" button again
* Click "Create" button
* Now delete the top value in Column A or Column B. You will notice the chart 
does not display the other values in that particular column.

Sorry, but it works as espected.
Have a look into the legend, it shows the Column A and B. Data Series Rows are
selected so you see first value of Column A and B. If you delete the top value
the chart display only the second value.
So i close it.
