- Insert a chart into an impress slide
- Double click the chart for editing
- The view changes, a toolbar appears.
This toolbar has no name.
Please call it for DE "Standard" and for EN-US "Standard"

Name has to be added in Registry (see
data/org/openoffice/Office/ui/ChartCommands.xcu + schema)

Actually the file to add the name is ChartWindowState.xcu.  This also contains
the information about where the toolbar is positioned.
