it should be possible to grab title, legend, maybe other containers & resize 
them by dragging, so that font size is changed automatically (unless it is 
locked by an implemented feature in issue 36424). if a title or legend container 
should fill some space it is pretty annoying to change it's font size and see 
how it looks, repeat.

actually, i believe issue 36424 is more duplicate of issue 28670 than this one - 
36424 asks for an ability to lock font size (which effectively determines size 
of the object as a whole - at least it does so now ;) ). this ussue, on the 
other hand, asks for an ability to _change_ the size of the legend by dragging 
(instead of forcing it to have some size - which can be achieved now by locking 
all elements). of course, they are closely related, but i wouldn't say they are 
duplicates :)

also, if the object (legend ir title) isn't locked and is dragged to resize, it 
will be able to change atomatically next time when the chart is resized (with 
some respect to it's new proportions, of course)
