In the images.zip file is already a directory called "chart2", which I
understand includes the that chart2 icons. Please remove.

-> HJS: The .ilst files are delivered even if the d.lst is completely empty. I
think this should be changed, such that every d.lst which wants to deliver ilst
files (and probably also the pngs) should mention this explicitly. I mean,
that's what the d.lst is for.

Of course, this is quite an effort (would require a CWS with all projects or
would have to be done on the master). As an alternative the new chart (chart2)
could be taken out of the global build list until we start with the next release.

I just had another idea: maybe we can change the build.lst such that no
resources / ilst files are generated (I am not sure where this is done). This
would ensure that the C++sources are still compiled in order to check for
up-to-dateness, but the images would not be delivered.

my idea would be to change the deliver command to not unconditionally copy all
"*.ilst" files found but to copy those files matching a "*.res" file being
delivered. this would leave complete control to the "d.lst" again.
