I tried creating a surface plot (3D plot) using X, Y and Z data. I was hoping to
see the surface value plotted along Z axis. I got 3 surfaces, one each for X, Y
and Z. The X, Y and Z axes labels were labeled as the columns in which the
values were typed.

Am I doing something wrong ?
