Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 41203
[JAP CANDLESTICK] no "real body" for doji lines when open and close values are equal
Last modified: 2013-02-24 21:22:23 UTC
if I try to create a jap candlestick chart using (i.e.) these datas: date open max min close 1/12/2005 € 30,80 € 31,40 € 29,80 € 30,80 OpenOffice.org won't draw correctly the "doji line" (the candlestick lacks of the real body) here there's a picture of a doji line as it must be drawn http://shares.paritech.com.au/files/onlinecharts/pco_files/help2/online14.gif here there's a screenshot about how OOo draws it: http://www.imagezilla.com/image.php?im=1222553727_schermata1.png
Hi Ingrid, pls consider it for the new chart. thx
If open and close values are equal there is missing a vertical line at that position.
This bug is fixed with the complete re-implementation of the chart module starting with SRC680m213.
