Problem was a recursive BuildChart call. I assume it was introduced by some
changes in sfx2 or framework.

Note that random numbers are not the only case where this issue appears. It also
happens with documents that contain more charts on more sheets (sorry, I have no
actual numbers on this, but I have a document with three charts on three
different sheets that causes the bug).

please verify in CWS chartbeta1.

Please test as many different appearances of charts as possible (in different
applications, with own or external data, charts created via API, etc.).
