To repeat this bug:

1.  Open any OpenOffice application
2.  Insert a chart
3.  Add data to it and/or change properties
4.  Cut or Copy it and paste it
5.  Note that the default generic chart is pasted and not the actual chart

I cannot reproduce this in a current version (top-level chart module
sch), so I assume it is fixed.
