When one tries to insert a chart for a column of more than 10 values, then only
the first 10 items are displayed. 

Autoformat will display all items only when switching to chart type "Pies" and
then back to the original chart type.

Steps for reproduction:

1) Create a column with more then 10 cells filled with numbers

2) Select the cells and invoke 'Insert - Chart ...'

3) Press 'Next' in the pop-up window of Autoformat Chart

==> only the first 10 items are displayed

Switch to chart type "Pies" and back to the original chart type to circumvene
the bug.

This is a bug that has vanished in the chart reimplementaition as the old wizard
was replaced completely and now has a live preview without this problem.

Fixed in CWS chart2mst3.
