create new chart
-> Navigation control in chart wizard has no HelpID
Needed for automatic testing of toggling pages

->FS: Using the base class svt::RoadmapWizard it is not possible to set a HelpId
for the Roadmap control. Please offer this at the base class.
If you like you can fix this in CWS chart2mst3, svtools is already added there.
Please give this issue back to me afterwards, thus i can add a concrete HelpId
for the chart wizard. Thanks, in advance.
