1.new a spreadsheet file "Untitled1" and input some data in some cells;
2.Select random a data range, and then click "Insert" ---> "Chart..." menu 
item, the first page of the "Autoformat Chart" wizard dialog appear;
3.Click "Next>>" button, the second page of the "Autoformat Chart" show;
4.Click "Help" button, after opening the help window, switch focus to 
the "Untitled" document window, the first and the second page of 
the "Autoformat Chart" are showing!

Note: word processor also exists the same bug.

I don't see this as a real problem, rather as an annoyance. The original first
page of the wizard is completely disabled, so it is obvious not to use it.
Ideally, it should be completely covered by the second page, so that you don't
notice it, but that both pages are not at the same spot is also a bug. This
whole dialog is a hack. We will get rid of it with the new chart.

This issue has vanished with the chart reimplemtation in CWS chart2mst3.
