if above object x pointer should change accordingly (or at least into standard 
mouse pointer ;  not object mover, as it currently nearly always is)

This seems to be an error report and not a feature request.
But I cannot reproduce the problem. The mouse cursor looks like moving if you
can move the object beneath with the next click otherwise it does not look like
moving.
-> so I set this to 'worksforme'
