new chart from attached document
Change (nearly) all in wizard:
e.g.

Chart Type
- Type Bar
- Variant Stacked
- 3D Check
- Look Realistic
- Shape Cone
Data Range
- $Sheet1.$A$2:$E$13
- Data Series in Rows
- Unselect First row as label
Data Series
- (Select last item) and click Add
- New Series - Label = A17, Y-Values = B17:E17
Chart Elements
- Names  for all Axis
- Gridlines X Check, Y Unheck, Z Check
- Legend Left
Click FINISH
Save
Reload
Double click Chart
-> Crash on Solaris 
-> (Close to) Total loss of everything on Windows

Splitting these adjusments in pieces and test the result makes it likely that
there are maybe three different issues
- loss of 3D
- loss of chart type
- loss of data range
as seen in your office

a working issue for the chart reimplementation

OK in CWS chart2_mst3.

Closed because Issue is not relevant outside CWS chart2_mst3.
In the future such Issues will be found by automatic test
