Line charts are currently rendered like scatter charts, i.e. the leftmost and 
rightmost data points are directly on the border of the diagram area. It would look 
better, if the data points are plotted similar to bar charts: in the middle of the 
categories.

Hmmm.... Excel allows to select the axis behaviour, it is possible to enable our 
current behaviour in all chart types with category axis (bar, line, area).

So should this be a property at the axis, or can this be achieved with specific 
scaling settings?
