This issue is related to : 66275 & 66277

In a bar chart, a user should be able to create a "dynamic connectors". Those
connectors would be used to add connectors (see the "draw toolbar") between
objects of the chart dynamically generated (ex : columns of the bar chart) and
other objects.

Then, if the data of a series is modified, the graph is modified but the
connector the connector would still be connected to the column and the other object.
