if I want to create a chart from the data provided in the attachement the chart 
wizard says at the end sth. like "x-axis values must be sorted".

But they already are sorted.

This bug is somehow a part of a bug described in Issue 46521. The sorting dialog
is completly wrong and should be removed, which will fix this problem
automatically. So I set this Issue to duplicate.
