I'm using the dutch version but I think it is a general issue. When we create a 
diagram using the wizard, the diagramtitle is default activated. 
When, after generation of the diagram, the diagram is doubleclicked to edit the 
content, the button for the diagramtitle is default OFF which means that the 
title shouldn't be shown. If you click the button, it stay's OFF but the title 
disappears. From then on the button shows the correct status of the 
diagramtitle.

Sorry, can't reproduce. Into the wizzard the Checkbox Chart Title are marked.
If you try to edit the Title Menu - Insert Title the Dialog appears and the
Checkbox Main Title are also marked. What do you mean with "the button for the
diagramtitle is default OFF" the mark mean choose and not off.

The setting of the toolbar button is what is wrong here. The problem is that the
mixed state (main title on , sub title off) is not displayed and just fallbachs
to all off.
With the coming reimplementation of the chart this button and also the
checkboxes for the titles will be removed completely thus the irritating display
does not occur anymore.

It is indeed the status of the toolbarbutton that is in default OFF state even 
if the maintitle is active at the first opening of the chart.

I'm downloading the Beta-test to check what is changed.

I tested the development release. I didn't see the button anymore but I got 
some errormessages during installation. I assume that the button isn't there 
anymore in this release.

I'm happy to see that the possibility to select the category-names (labels X) 
separately has been created. 

Do you also forsee the possibility to create a diagram automatically on a 
separate worksheetpage? 

I also noticed that I couldn't select the location of the graph on my page 
before the start of the wizard. When I select the data to be shown in the 
diagram and I start the wizard, the example will be created directly above my 
data. If I forget to select my labels and fold the dialog window to select 
them, it is possible I can't reach the cells I want to select because the 
example is blocking the selection. During the wizard, I can't move the example.

I know it is a development release but I just want to mention this issues to be 
sure it will not happen in the release version.
